Does anyone know how to play Texas Hold em?

In texas hold em what happens when one of your opponents bets more than what you have? If you can’t match their bet then I would assume that you would have to fold. But if that’s true then once someone gets more chips then their opponents they would just bet more than anyone else had. And it would probably be a lot easier to win.

You would take the money you have, push it into the pot and call All In.
If your hand wins, you get the pot, less however much money over your bet your opponent had in the pot.
